Brian is the Primary behaviour Support Service Manager at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. He leads on intervention support for pupils, and the policy and practice of reintegration, and the local authority’s responsibility to reduce suspensions and exclusions through challenge and support of school leaders. He has worked in the areas of education and community work for over thirty years; working for a number of local authorities, and serving with a number of charities. He currently acts as a governor for two schools, as well as a trustee and Elder at Ruach City Church. He is passionate about education, inclusion and social justice, and equipping and empowering others to support children, young people and families.
